Nowadays is not really a period when my motivation to produce “serious” work is high. One positive outcome of the quarantine period has been that it has reminded me of the fact that I can sometimes put my camera aside because I don't have to produce, and how liberating it is to be an amateur photographer rather than a professional one. Recently while I am sitting on my living room sofa, I have been photographing the crows that caught my eye, using my telephone and a binocular. This is not an evaluation of the outbreak, but a tiny observation regarding the fact that time is still flowing despite the sense of everything coming to a halt.
